Feedback is Essential!

Get customer feedback! They'll tell you things that you may not realize or admit otherwise. Be cautious though because the customer isn't ALWAYS right (like the ol' saying goes) Be sure to give it some thought, talk to others about it, and then decide what you think is best for your business. (not your pride) If it really does make sense then by all means act on this information and adjust your business accordingly.
